
Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice and Takedown Procedure

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent as described below.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website www.solarconversionlab.com, please notify our Copyright Agent as specified below.
2.1 Required Information for DMCA Notice
Your DMCA notice must include the following information:
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple works, a representative list)
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to enable us to locate it on our website (including URL or specific location)
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

4. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
• Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent.
5.1 Required Information for Counter-Notice
Your counter-notification must include:
• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Southern District of Florida if your address is outside the United States)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent
5.2 Response to Counter-Notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If that party does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
7. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your DMCA notice or counter-notification is accurate and made in good faith.
8. Limitations and Disclaimers
This DMCA Policy applies only to copyright infringement claims. For other intellectual property concerns (such as trademark or patent issues), please contact us directly at youfriends@solarconversionlab.com.
We are not responsible for determining whether material is actually infringing. We act in accordance with the DMCA safe harbor provisions and respond to properly submitted notices.
9. Changes to This DMCA Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
